المطبخ الصيني هو عريقاً وقديماً تاريخياً في فنون الطبخ ، إذ يرجع قدمه إلى أكثر من 5000 سنة ،

وطوال هذه السنين وإلى الآن إحتفظ الطبق الصيني حقيقة كونه صحياً وطازجاً ولذيذاً 100 % . يعتمد المطبخ الصيني على إستخدام زيت وصلصة الصويا الخالية من الكولسترول في معظم أطباقه.

نظراً لقدم الحضارة الصينية والاختلاف الكبير في العادات والتقاليد الصينية فقد ظهرت عدة مطابخ

صينية حسب منتوجات كل إقليم وذوقه الخاص. ويمكن تقسيم المطبخ الصيني إلى أربع مناطق جغرافية فيما بينها من حيث المكونات وطريقة الطبخ وهي كالآتي:

شانغ هاي (طريقة المنطقة الشرقية)

كانتون (طريقة المنطقة الجنوبية)

سيشوان (طريقة المنطقة الغربية)

بيكين (طريقة المنطقة الشمالية)

The Chinese Cuisine is an ancient culinary art, which originated over 5.000 years ago. During all these years and up to now the Chinese dish maintained the fact of it’s being healthy, fresh and tasty 100%. The Chinese Cuisine uses the Cholestrol-free soybean oil and sauce in most of it’s dishes. Due to China’s early civilization and big deference in customs and traditions, variations of Cuisine have emerged according to special products and taste of various provinces. Chinese cooking can be divided geographically into four areas differing in it's ingredients and preparation methods.

Shanghai (Estern Chinese Style)

Canton (Southern Chinese Style)

Szechwan (Western Chinese Style)

Peking (Northern Chinese Style)
